- 6 months internship in Human Resources 2023

Mission:


At SanLucar we value modern personnel and training concepts to support our employees in every way and to make our company attractive for young talents.


Main responsibilities:


  • CV screening and telephone interviews
  • Facetoface and online interviews and reports
  • Onboarding and welcoming of sanlucarians
  • Support in employment selection processes
  • Arrangement of agreements with Spanish and other European universities
  • Liaison between the hiring manager, the intern and the university
  • Participation in employment fairs
  • Internal communication support
  • Management of the necessary documentation with our labour consultancy
  • Participation in projects to improve the internship programme

Your profile:


  • You speak
    very good Spanish as well as good
    English.
  • You have a sense of responsibility in your everyday work and work very precisely
  • You have a quick comprehension skills
  • You have a fast comprehension and are
    communicative and flexible
  • You like to work
    independently and also in a
    team:
  • International experience would be an additional plus
  • You can sign an
    internship contract through your university or scholarship

What we offer you:


Your internship will be accompanied by a tutor responsible for your professional training and by a supervisor of internships for the organization in general.

You will also receive a personalised training plan and we regularly carry out an evaluation session in which we intend to carry out a personalised follow-up.

At the end of your stay we will give you a training certificate, including the evaluation.

Of course, we can also offer you lots of sunshine, fresh orange juice in the morning and plenty of opportunities to join our multi-cultural team.

**The internship has a duration of 6 months full-time and a remuneration of 600e.
