Corporate Communications Intern:

Remote Eligible: Hybrid

About the Role:

The Corporate Communications team develops innovative and impactful communications messages to further strengthen Boston Scientific's reputation as a leading healthcare company with employees and external stakeholders.

By collaborating closely with communications team members and other stakeholders, this role is responsible for supporting the team in creating, editing and publishing regular and engaging communications for employees across the EMEA region.

In this role you will be:

Developing new communications materials and managing creative agencies to ensure timely production of graphics and videos to Boston Scientific brand standards.
Supporting the team's vision of a digital workplace and ensuring an engaging experience for all users, by maintaining our EMEA intranet and supporting other publishers with guidelines and tools.
Contributing to monitoring and optimizing the performance of communications across all channels.
Supporting internal communication processes such as execution, approval and follow up of several projects and digital activities.
Actively participating in all team's activities and other corporate communications projects as requested.
Act as a communications champion by consistently setting high standards in personal communication and encouraging colleagues to adopt good internal communication practices.

What are we looking for in you?

Bachelor's or master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Humanities, Project Management or similar, available to sign a 6 + 6 month internship;
Strong written and verbal English communication skills;
Proactive, independent and curious young people;
Ability to multitask and prioritize;
Strong followthrough and attention to detail;
You'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level: it's important you have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with different stakeholders;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point, Outlook);
Previous experience in the same role in a company or a communication agency is a plus.
