FUNCTIONS Misión:
Su rol es definir e implantar las actividades relacionadas con el proceso productivo, mejora de los equipos productivos, layouts (flujos de proceso), mejora de métodos de trabajo, industrialización de nuevos productos y todo ello basado en conceptos "Lean manufacturing" e industria 4.0.
También se responsabilizará del mantenimiento de los equipos y máquinas de la plantaResponsabilidades:
KAIZEN :
reducción de mermas, energía , tiempos, coste mto etc...- Promover la adecuación tecnológica de los medios para los procesos productivos de la Planta en función de la asignación de nuevos proyectos Cliente y nuevas/optimización tecnologías productivas.- Definición e implantación de layouts.- Se responsabilizará del buen mantenimiento, junto a su personal, de los equipos y máquinas de la planta.- Implementación sistemas: TPM, 5S, SMED etc.- Gestión de proyectos, con definición y evaluación final de objetivos y costes asociados gestión de proyectos.- Programación de robots y PLC's- Gestión de la Seguridad y SaludRequisitos:
