_RYANAIR_, is currently looking for
12 CREW CONTROLLERS** to provide temporary support for six months (with the option of incorporation after this period) in our OCC Department in our Head Office team in Seville, Spain.

ROLE:


  • Tracking crew flight duties
  • Ensuring crew are within flight time legal limits
  • Accurate recording of crew absenteeism & punctuality
  • Developing and implementing solutions to day to day crewing problems
  • Assisting with the development of efficient, cost effective solutions to operational disruptions
  • Any other duties as requested by Operations Control management

Requirements:


  • Fluent Spanish and English required
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role (crew control, crew planning, rostering...) or cabin crew member (minimum 1 year)
  • Be knowledgeable and put into practice the Cultural Identity of the company, The Azul Way
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure
  • Good problemsolving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong outgoing personality
  • High degree of flexibility
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Good telephone manner
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)
  • Available to live in Seville
