_RYANAIR_, is currently looking for
12 CREW CONTROLLERS** to provide temporary support for six months (with the option of incorporation after this period) in our OCC Department in our Head Office team in Seville, Spain.

ROLE:

Tracking crew flight duties
Ensuring crew are within flight time legal limits
Accurate recording of crew absenteeism & punctuality
Developing and implementing solutions to day to day crewing problems
Assisting with the development of efficient, cost effective solutions to operational disruptions
Any other duties as requested by Operations Control management

Requirements:

Fluent Spanish and English required
Demonstrated experience in a similar role (crew control, crew planning, rostering...) or cabin crew member (minimum 1 year)
Be knowledgeable and put into practice the Cultural Identity of the company, The Azul Way
Ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure
Good problemsolving skills
Good interpersonal skills and strong outgoing personality
High degree of flexibility
Proven ability to work under pressure
Good telephone manner
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)
Available to live in Seville
