Reporting to the VP Global Marketing, the Field Marketing Manager will be based in Madrid, Spain to support the growing European sales teams and customers in the region.
You will also work closely with the cross functional Spanish-based Nextracker teams to support internal communications, events and branding needs of this regional satellite office.
This staff member will be the eyes and ears of the European solar market and will play a strategic role in how we approach our regional communications and event participation.
This staff will also play an essential part in building the Nextracker brand and spearhead field marketing initiatives such as regional or country-specific events and media buys, community relations, as well as manage day to day projects with the global marketing team.
They will play a significant role in executing and measuring results of our marketing programs for which they are responsible.
Global travel is required 25% of the time_(estimated but negotiable; based on international events and our team's collaborative approach; PTO is flexible based on travel schedule)_

- Event management: with a dotted line to the Sr. Events Marketing Manager, this role identifies key regional industry events and engages sales to participate
- Sales enablement: function as a liaison between global marketing, product, and engineering team
- Industry partnerships: own relationship with our local industry organizations such UNEF
- Social media in coordination with corporate social media program, drafting content in multilanguage
- Inform corporate marketing to ensure brand consistency and crosspollination of marketing campaigns and programs
- Goto agency counterpart and local agency management: weekly meetings with our local agency, driving public relations and content development with outside 'embedded' team per annual agreed upon KPIs
- Consult with customer marketing counterparts for comarketing activities from event branding, advertising, case study development, ribbon cutting / local inaugural events
- Support local content branding: content development, distribution, and performance analytics / ROI reporting and voicing recommendations to corporate marketing for consideration
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing, advertising/ branding or public relations capacity, preferably renewable energy, or civil works infrastructure industries
- Demonstrated experience working with global companies; bilingual (English and Spanish, third European language a plus)
- MBA in Marketing, or Master's in Psychology, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of integrated marketing principles, campaigns, and strategies for global B2B and regional / country market strategic marketing development
- Highly motivated selfstarter, resultsoriented team player used to agile, fastpaced organizations
- Strong project management skills and understanding of marketing budgets
- Exceptional interpersonal "EQ" and crosscultural communication skills, articulate writing skills for both formal corporate and social platforms
- Passion for solar energy, renewables, and sustainability is desired
