SmartAssets is seeking an accomplished Project Manager interested in taking on a transformative role that goes beyond conventional project management.

Success in the position will be demonstrated by an achieved coordination between our development and product teams, as well as the delivery of key milestones.

Requirements:

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in startup or scaleup environments, enjoying a fastpaced environment
  • Proven expertise in effectively managing technical projects with Jira, coupled with experience in documenting progress using Confluence
  • Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable sprint objectives demonstrating a strategic mindset
  • Exceptional proficiency in documenting sprint details, emphasizing clear objectives, scope, and achievements
  • Outstanding crossfunctional collaboration skills, enabling the successful alignment of stakeholders and the achievement of sprint goals
  • Strong problemsolving abilities with a talent for proactive issue identification and resolution
  • Fluent English
  • Attention to detail, structured and organized

Responsibilities:


Project Management and Communication:


  • Formalize day to day tasks and feedback channels within the organization on Jira
  • Serve as a liaison between the CTO and CPO, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • For the

CTO:
daily standup, progress monitoring, and documentation

  • For the

CPO:
prioritize roadmap items, conduct research, and advocate for operational excellence

Project Execution and Collaboration

  • Drive crossfunctional collaboration to ensure the successful alignment of stakeholders and achievement of sprint goals
  • Proactively identify and address bottlenecks, challenges, or discrepancies during sprint execution
  • Assist the tech team in accessing crucial nondevelopment resources and information
Product Ownership

  • Maintain product documentation on Jira including achievements as well as sprint objectives and scope
  • Participate in daily development standups, holding the team accountable for delivery and providing regular updates to the CEO
  • Collaborate closely with the CPO to align business objectives with sprint goals demonstrating a strategic approach
  • Own milestones and enhance accountability within the engineering team
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in advertising technology, with a particular focus on emerging AI and creative production technologies
