We are recruiting exceptional customer service professionals to form part of a Multilingual Consumer affairs department to immerse themselves in the brand and deliver a first-class service to customers and consumers.

The role will require you to develop a sound understanding of the product and services and to embrace brand values.


What will you be doing?

  • Providing an outstanding customer experience through every customer interaction.
  • Constantly improving brand and product knowledge to deliver the highest quality of information to our customers.
  • Embracing our company values and acting as a brand ambassador.

Requirements:


  • A fluent level (C2) of French and Arabic with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
  • High level of English (both written and spoken).
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience in a customerfacing role or a call centre environment would be a plus.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multitask.
  • Confidence and an enthusiastic telephone manner.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A professional outlook and proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Strong team spirit and a "can do" attitude.

Benefits:


  • Start date: 11 January 202
  • Part time shift: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:00h to 12:00h
  • Salary: 16,500.00 € gross per year (prorata for the part time)
  • Fully paid Training (5 days)
  • Permanent contract (1month probation period included)
  • Possibility to work from home from anywhere in Spain
