YOUR MISSION
Q-commerce is a new business unit inside Glovo which includes Groceries business, Health Business and Retail Business.

We are currently building a strong HQ team in order to re-invent how consumers buy, making it more convenient and easier than ever before.


THE JOURNEY

  • Establish new relationships with Global Grocers ensuring the development of the category in as many countries as possible
  • Define strategic growth plans that will guarantee marriages for life with our Global Partners
  • Coordinate the Global Strategy with the Local Operations, supporting and enabling our Local Teams to better manage our Top Accounts
  • Master your knowledge of our main growth levers and share best practices across countries
  • Assist our local teams in escalating issues that cannot be solved at a local level, namely related to IT
  • Develop Global tools that can have a significant impact on our Top Partners in many countries, always backed up by data

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 3 year experience in fastpaced environments (startups, top consulting firms, top internet firms, FMCG, retailers)
  • 1 year experience as an account manager or in a similar role
  • Experience in understanding FMCG, retail and/or ecommerce business, as well as revenue/growth dynamics and drivers
  • Commercial skills: you know how to negotiate and build your way into a super deal with big retail players
  • Influencing skills: you can be a true project leader in multidisciplinary teams
  • A natural bias for action: you love to build a business from scratch. You are objective and deadlineoriented
  • A datadriven mentality: you make decisions based on data and you are not afraid of making business judgments when necessary
  • A problemsolving mindset: you enjoy finding smart and elegant solutions to complex, multidisciplinary problems
  • Proficiency in English. French, Spanish or German knowledge is a plus
