At this point you might be asking yourself: Gemma, how will be my day to day wearing the blue sweater? I asked that question too.

  • Your purpose is to assist in the administration of local Real Estate properties to optimize its value.
  • To give support in the management of Real Estate Assets, Portfolio and local operations.
  • To plan and follow the income, OPEX and CAPEX plan of the Real Estate assets, supported by the property and technical managers.
  • To give support in the operations, leases, capital expenditures, project management and the formulation and execution of the commercial plan for the RE Portfolios.
  • To guarantee the proper governance and adequate controls for Real Estate investments, and its conformity with the law and internal checks.
  • To administrate the internal Assets and control the external property managers, engineers, brokers and agents, in order to guarantee the best execution of the commercial plan.
  • To give support in the administration and continuous improvement of the commercial strategy for the Assets, as well as in the analysis and execution of the plans in accordance with the strategy (buy/sell/maintain/reposition).
  • To assist in the supervision, management and elaboration of reports about the performance, risks, budget, expenses, in conformity with the Investment directives of Zurich

How do you know you fit in? I'll explain:
Don't worry, we are not asking you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements.

  • Degree or equivalent in Architecture, Business, Engineering, Finance or Law.
  • Experience (23 years) in management of Real Estate investments, including asset and operations management.
  • Experience in the elaboration of budget and lease agreements.
  • Problem Solving and Analytic mindset.
  • Effective Communication skills.
  • English, Spanish and Catalan are required. German is a plus.
