The Job You Will Perform:
- According to TA objectives and priorities, designs and develops the talent attraction & acquisition space and strategy for his/her scope, leveraging best practices and previous deployments and ensuring consistency/alignment with the different locations
- Develops state of the art recruitment procedures and policies and updates them according to the company's strategic objectives
- Develops/Adjusts TA's SLA/KPIs to the Country specifics and ensures timely and efficient reporting
- Identifies bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in processes and policies, and develops actions to mitigate/eliminate them, taking into account business priorities and strategic objectives
- Acts as an ambassador and change agent for the HR Operating model deployment in his/her scope by influencing, guiding and advising IP leaders
- Ensures full understanding of TA&A objectives, strategy and policies amongst employees and hiring managers for his/her scope, deploying training actions and awareness sessions as needed
- Builds partnership with business leaders and HRBPs to align expectations regarding recruitment process and develop subsequent recruitment strategies
- Ensures TA&A compliance with local/European legislation and company policies
- Manages talent programs for his/her scope, according to business needs and goals and in close cooperation with his/her HRBPs and business leaders
- Ensures professional development of TA team members and drives engagement in his/her team
- Leads the TA vendors strategy ensuring efficient spending and resources distribution with an eye to the correct/efficient balance between service and cost
- Acts as a strategic talent advisor to the business by sharing recruitment expertise, market intelligence and trends, competing companies' C&B practices he/she is aware of, and influencing business leaders to ensure IP's attraction in the local market
- Leads, supports, coaches TA Specialist and or the team reporting to him/her, establishing strategic objectives, priorities and providing feedback whenever needed
- Leads and collaborates with L&D area in Designing, developing and deploying different Projects as part of the strategy L&D area.
The Skills You Will Bring:
- Education: University degree in Labor Relations, Philosophy, Political Science, Law, Business Administration or similar.
- Experience: minimum of 4 years of full cycle recruiting and talent programs implementation as well as and some L&D experience
- Experience: Leading and developing a team is valuable
- Knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of Success Factors and LinkedIn Recruitment
