Your mission:

Tiko is Looking for a finance team member in Madrid, reporting to our Head of Finance.

We are looking for a finance team member to join our rapidly expanding global property technology scaleup. Tiko focuses on disrupting the real-estate industry by using technology and implementing a different business approach.

Tiko is headquartered in Luxembourg, and operates in Spain, Portugal, and more to come.

Your tasks:

Financial Planning and Analysis Tasks.

Utilize business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills to perform tasks including financial modeling, valuation, data analytics, and visualization, financial statement review, business plan and risk assessments
Ownership on the cash flow related reportings of the company and support the Finance Team for cash flow forecasting
Support the design and implementation of strategic finance projects with focus on the structuring and ongoing management of the company securitization program
Support the Head of Finance in the execution of venture capital equity rounds with focus on modeling, due diligence, drafting and closing processes
Preparation of budget plans/forecasts and identification of Company's financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Building financial models from scratch, improving existing models (local & international operations)
Preparation of management reports and analysis (Financials and KPIs), investor presentations
Generate weekly/monthly reports for Finance & Operations divisions
Monitor equity and debt capital markets and support the Finance Team for new financing opportunities
Supporting Advisors: Providing necessary information, document and data flow to Advisors ( Audit & Consultant Companies)

Your profile:

If you have,

BS/BA or MS/MA in Finance, Accounting, Economics and Engineering
2+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Advisory department of Big 4 and ideally more recent experience in strategic or operational finance functions
Ability to maintain high performance under tight deadlines and able to work within a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Advanced Excel skills, ERP experience is a plus
Solid understanding of Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flows
Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation
Good understanding of Corporate Finance
Understanding of internal controls
Strong analytical problemsolving skills
