Role purpose:

Helps Work streams to secure success of IT Program

Improvement and maintenance of Business Process.

Holistic vision inter-workstream and interdepartmental communication between the different stakeholders

Responsibilities:

Plan:

Follow up, support in maintenance, include new eyes and identify details and support to Project Managers and rest of team.

Execute:
(Maintenance JIRA, Redaction FDD docs and confluence page, Tracking Issues, Make Dashboard, Manage Cycle of Test User, Training Users )

Monitor and Control:
Ensure periodic status reporting is generated for all levels of management. And the information is correct, double check, make a dashboard and clean up and sweep mistakes of the systems of control

General:
Ensure a high degree of collaboration and good team spirit is achieved across all parties during the project. Must be able to interact at Users, Project Managers, Technical Team, IT and Business Leads and Vendors
