__ Investment Associate_**
_

¿What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
_

  • Assist the senior team on sourcing, underwriting, closing and management of real estate transactions.
  • Create and update financial models, investment memos and investors' presentations.
  • Develop and document overall investment strategies and business plans.
  • Coordinate reporting, due diligence, and special audits.
  • Maintain deal pipeline and filter potential opportunities.

¿What knowledge and skills will you need to have to succeed in the position?
_

  • Proficiency in corporate finance and financial modelling (essential).
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (essential).
  • Past exposure to the real estate industry (preferred).
  • Past exposure to transactions (preferred).
  • Bachelors' degree in Business Management or Finance.
  • High Excel level.
