Descripción

We're looking for a MLOps Engineer to help build our platform and tooling for our data science and data engineering teams.

As a MLOps Engineer, you will be key in helping our data science and machine learning team adopt best software engineering practices to our ML workflow.

Your role will also require evaluating new tech to improve performance, maintainability and reliability of our models, and stay on top of the latest advances in the MLOps field.

We're currently a Databricks + MLflow shop, with AWS services on top for the heavy/endpoint tasks (SageMaker/Lambda).

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tooling for data science and data engineering teams
  • Standardize practices of our ML lifecycle, including for training, versioning, deployment and monitoring of our models
  • Optimize ML inference pipelines, with a strong focus on running time and cost
  • Partner with all areas (product, data science, data engineers, dev) to collect requirements and identify pain points to the development workflow
  • Evaluate third party tooling to integrate in our stack

Technical Requirements:

  • 3+ years Python development + Spark + Docker
  • Extensive experience building pipelines in Spark
  • Experience with PyTorch, HuggingFace, spaCy, scikitlearn
  • Extensive experience with AWS or GCP, and ideally with Databricks and MLflow (or similar tooling)

Non-Technical Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering high impact enterprise projects
  • Strong communication skills of converting technical concepts to business solutions
  • Innovative and collaborative
  • Highly tuned in to the MLOps community and developments
