This is what you will do:

The Senior Manager, Global Marketing, Bone Metabolism, will drive the brand strategy development and execution of launch/pre-launch initiatives /activities for areas within the NF/HPP TA area (additional indications may be added to the role in time).

You will be responsible for clearly defined commercial deliverables, partnering with other key stakeholders from payer evidence, medical senior management and other therapeutic areas


You will be responsible for:


  • As core member of the NF and HPP team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical plan, providing marketing leadership and innovation for the brand.
  • Leading the HPP Global Product Team.
  • Global key point of contact for the international, US, JP and China HPP teams
  • Leading and co ordination of shared best practice with the TA across the different geographies
  • Leading key strategic initiatives and implementation of NF and HPP commercialization strategies.
  • Leading cross functional strategic sub teams to deliver on key business objectives.
  • Leading specific insight projects to support the overall development of the brand strategy
  • Establishing and maintaining communication channels and crossfunctional collaboration with other global functions and geographical regions, in addition to:
  • Therapeutic Area teams on disease area decisions
  • R&D on clinical progress, timelines, and expectations of commercial functions
  • Long range planning and forecasting in partnership with commercial finance

You will need to have:


  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business area
  • Global commercial experience
  • Experience of supporting/driving complex projects through successful partnerships
  • Excellent team and cross function collaboration capability
  • Excellent strategic thinking and operational execution capability
  • Able to work well independently and collaboratively
  • Customer focused, displayed by the ability to engage actively with the diverse needs of internal stakeholders, adaptable and flexible approach to meeting business needs
  • The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. As is typical of an officebased role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to use a computer; engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging; engage in problem solving and nonlinear thought, analysis, and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours.

We would prefer for you to have:

  • MBA/PhD degree
  • marketing,
  • Experience in specialty/orphan drugs/rare disease
  • Combination of prelaunch, launch and postlaunch experience
