About The Role:

Cobee is on a scaling mission going through high growth. After scaling from 40 to +150
people in less than 1 year, we are looking to scale the team 2x during , and we
are launching new markets across the globe.

We are looking for an IT support specialist to build and execute a winning strategy to match our ambitions.

As we expand, you will establish the IT and Security policies in all our devices, manage the tools that support the core of our business as Google Workspace and help our employees to keep active despite the incidents in their devices.


You will be ready to learn new tools, improve our current IT environment and help to gain our annual objectives.

We are looking for a highly capable IT support specialist to provide technical assistance
to our staff (both Apple and Windows devices). In this role, your duties will include
ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system
performance, and securing data. You will also be required to advise on IT equipment
upgrades.

To ensure success as an IT support specialist, you should possess extensive experience
in providing information technology support in a fast-paced environment. IT support
specialists contribute to increased productivity by ensuring that company IT systems run
efficiently.

The role is hybrid based in Madrid.


Main challenges:


  • You will be ready to learn new tools, improve our current IT environment and
help to gain our annual objectives.

  • Develop new initiatives to improve the IT department.
  • Work with the security team to align IT to Cobee Security Framework.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and
networks.

  • Be familiar with onboarding and offboarding procedures in IT departments.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary, problemsolving skills.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Providing technical support across the company.
  • Providing IT assistance to staff and customers.
  • Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
  • Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems.

You have:


  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or Intermediate level of computer
science (CFGM or CFGS), or similar.

  • 1 year of experience as an IT support specialist.
  • Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
  • English knowledge.
