    Position Summary

    Your mission will be to provide support for the internal needs of the IT department. The main responsibilities include:

    • Manage commercial and IT support within Hyperion Focus: Operating within the organization's core values and operational principles, providing technical support and real-time analysis for internal and external business users.
    • Responsible for receiving end-user support requests through a phone or email-based ticketing system, performing initial troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and accurately documenting and communicating as needed to resolve issues in a global user community with approximately 400 users.
    • Provide end-user support either in person or remotely.

    • Troubleshoot network and system issues by responding to problem calls, performing fault maintenance, and restoring service.
    • Resolve complex issues, taking a broad perspective to identify potential solutions.
    • High level of knowledge and experience in relation to products, systems, programs, and business processes.
    • Proactively work with all roles in the team to provide support as needed to ensure timely issue resolution.

    Your Profile

    We are looking for someone with:

    • Advanced Vocational Training in Computer Science or similar.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a multinational company.
    • Certifications in A+, MCP, or similar are a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication of technical concepts.
    • Personality characterized by strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks to achieve a common goal.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team.
    • Stay updated on current and new applicable technologies.
    • Advanced knowledge of Windows PC operating systems.
    • Ability to install, maintain, update, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows desktop applications.
    • Ability to install, maintain, update, and troubleshoot hardware workstations, peripherals, printers, scanners, photocopiers, iPhones, and iPads.
    • Ability to lift PCs, servers, etc. as needed.
    • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, SCCM, Thin Clients is preferable.
    • Knowledge of antivirus support, backup, and recovery is a plus.
    • Good level of English.
