Main Responsibilities:

Assist customers by providing information about products, resolving client's queries, and explaining company policies
Assist customers through various digital channels, reaching out to them if necessary
Collaborate with different departments to find appropriate solutions for escalated cases
Manage interactions on social media platforms to ensure timely and helpful responses to inquiries or comments
Become the best brand ambassador, and provide an outstanding service to clients

Core Skills/experience:

Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle customer queries with empathy
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
People Person you enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
Tech savvy and analytical
