Description:In this dynamic role, you'll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility in Barcelona and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

What you will do in this role
As a
Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
- Escalate potential service issues. To follow all the processes and procedures of the project
- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained

- Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Have customer care skills ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs and basic sales skillsUpselling and crossselling

- Sales background/experience
