- Impulsar la actividad y planes comerciales en función de las necesidades de las distintas categorías gestionadas.
- Alcanzar objetivos de crecimiento mediante la gestión activa de surtidos y optimización del espacio en puntos de venta.
- Gestionar y analizar el punto de venta, incluyendo promociones y acciones ejecutadas.
- Analizar el mercado, la competencia, el comprador y el cliente para identificar oportunidades de negocio
- Diseñar planes de acción para cada categoría y canal, en coordinación con el equipo de ventas y marketing
- Establecer los objetivos e indicadores de cada plan de acción y supervisar los resultados
- Colaborar con los clientes en la gestión por categorías para optimizar el surtido, los espacios, el planograma y la segunda exposición
- Desarrollar y presentar a los clientes argumentos e historias de venta para el desarrollo de las ventas
- Realizar estrategia de surtidos y actividades, así como análisis cuantitativos y cualitativos de las ventas.
- Participar en el desarrollo del plan anual en línea con la visión de la marca y objetivos comerciales.
- Trabajar estrechamente con Business Intelligence y Comercial para identificar métricas y KPI para optimizar el rendimiento y el ROI de las categorías y productos.
- Apoyar y elevar el nível de madurez en el uso de la tecnología, analíticas y cuadros de mando en el área de Marketing y Comercial.
- Dependencia directa del CMO y a nível operativo doble reporting con la dirección Comercial.
- Grado en ADE o similar.
- Experiência mínima de 2 / 3 años en posiciones de Category / Trade Marketing en el sector de Gran Consumo.
- Conocimiento de técnicas de análisis de mercado, gestión de surtido de productos, y desarrollo de estrategias de categoría.
- Habilidades analíticas sólidas y capacidad para trabajar con datos, utilizando herramientas como análisis de panel de consumidores, datos de ventas y métricas de rentabilidad.
- Habilidades de negociación y capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con proveedores y socios comerciales.
- Orientación a resultados, con un historial demostrado en el logro de objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad.
- Habituado a trabajar con Excel, Power BI y/o ERP ́s y paneles como IRIS, Kantar, Nielsen, etc.
- Contrato indefinido
- Salario: 35K a 40K en 12 mensualidades + 10% RV
- Horario: Lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 18:00 (1 hora para comer)
- Viajes: 20% de su tiempo.
