The hired Lab Technician will join a dynamic Research Team dedicated to the development of metal-air batteries at CIC energiGUNE.

His/her research activities will involve the
synthesis of polymer-based electrolytes and cathode materials for metal-air batteries; as well as
their physical-chemical, structural and electrochemical characterization.

Main
functions:

Carry out synthesis of cathodes and electrolytes using different synthesis routes.
Perform physicalchemical and structural characterizations, including XRD, SEM-EDX, TGA-MS, ICP, IR, Raman, etc.
Assemble battery cells at lab level and perform electrochemical evaluation of the new electrode and electrolyte materials.
