Electrical Supervisor / Construction Manager (M/F/d) for the PV market:

BayWa r.e. Projects España S.L.U. - a wholly-owned subsidiary of BayWa r.e.

AG - is responsible for the development, structuring and execution of utility-scale wind and solar energy projects in Spain & Portugal.

Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Spain and are currently looking for a Electrical Supervisor / Construction Manager (M/F/d) for the PV market.

What You Will Do:

You manage the construction of our solar parks (Ground mounted, Tracker, Floating, Agri-PV) in the EMEA region with a focus in Spain, all the way from the technical evaluation to the final commissioning.

That includes but is not limited to:

You will be part of a Construction Team that is responsible for the professional implementation of large-scale PV systems in the standard quality, time and budget.
Your focus will be the supervision of electrical installation works at our solar park construction sites.
You have to perform quality checks of work and services.
You will be on site during construction.
You will be responsible that the work is in compliance with local, national and international regulations.
You have to execute weekly construction progress reports, inventory checklists and quality reports.
You will commission the park.
You will carry out acceptances of subcontractors.
You may train your colleagues on electrical related topics.
You may eventually become a full Construction Manager of a construction site.

What You Bring:

You have a profound knowledge of electrical installations 230 V 33 KV outdoors, especially of cable laying and connection.
Previous experience in photovoltaic and energization is an advantage.
You have fluent English skills
German is an advantage
You are well versed in MS Office.
You are assertive, communicative, teamoriented and you lead through a wellstructured way of working.
You have a great willingness to travel around EMEA.
