Responsibilities:


Rewards and Recognition:


Develop and implement global rewards and recognition programs that align with the company's values and goals in the beauty industry.

Conduct market research to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and attractive within the beauty sector.

Collaborate with leadership to design and execute creative recognition initiatives.


Performance Management:

Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the unique dynamics of the beauty industry.

Work closely with managers to establish performance expectations, provide guidance on feedback, and drive a performance-oriented culture.


People Analytics:

Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions related to talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

Implement and manage analytics tools to measure key HR metrics and provide actionable recommendations.


HR Systems Implementation:

Lead the implementation and optimization of HR systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR systems with other business processes.

Demonstrate proficiency in mastering Excel and the Microsoft Office 365 suite to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Showcase experience in implementing HR systems internationally, bringing a global perspective to system optimization.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the beauty industry or fast-paced companies.

Experience as a Compensation & Benefits consultant for a major HR consulting firm is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of global rewards, recognition, and performance management practices.

Proven experience with HR systems implementation and optimization.

Mastery of Excel and proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian and/or French is a plus.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
