Business Analyst Food Safety

We are seeking a "Business Analyst - Food Safety" to join our IT Technical & Production Quality Management Department.

The Role

What You'll Do

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze and define IT business requirements related to food safety systems.
Analyze functional needs to support development and implementation of IT solutions to guide food safety regulations, processes, and systems
HACCP Digital solution: New Project with Global Scope. Future integration with other Nestlé systems (SAP mainly)
SAP QM expertise to provide guidance and define strategy for integration within Food Safety Digital ecosystem.
New cross-project initiatives to enhance data quality
Perform business process analysis and identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain documentation related to food safety compliance, including HACCP plans and related documentation.
Identify and analyze emerging trends and technologies related to food safety and provide recommendations for implementation and assist/coordinate testing.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure that IT solutions meet food safety and regulatory requirements.
Train end-users on food safety IT solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Food Technologist, Food Engineer (or related field).
3+ years of experience in food safety compliance and management systems: Quality Management, Hygiene, Food Safety. IT Business analyst experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of Food Safety regulations and systems (HACCP, ISO, )
English proficiency is required; knowledge of any other language would be beneficial in a global role like this.

Bonus Points

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels
Project management experience, ability to manage multiple tasks and define priorities
Experience in developing and implementing IT solutions
Strong analytical/data and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Technology knowledge beneficial to the job profile with a clear focus on SAP landscape / Quality.
Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
