What you'll do & Who you are

As Head of Global P&T Finance, you will contribute to Group-wide financial

leadership and drive the financial performance of Global Product & Tech as a

business partner in design and execution, to help the function achieve its

objectives and plans, particularly in relation to margin improvement.

You will be in charge of aligning financial strategic and P&T priorities at global

level, ensuring the needs of P&T global teams are met by Transversal finance,

maintaining full alignment with Group finance policies, guidelines and processes.

You will be managing a team of financial experts working across the different

product & tech domains of our global platform.

  • Ensure all Group Finance policies, processes and procedures are known,
understood and consistently applied across global function in support of

achieving the Group's financial objectives

  • Accountable for P&T operational costs and its distribution, especially in
regards to allocation and capitalization process

  • Leads the finance professional community of global P&T and
continuously pushes professionalisation, such as process or cultural

improvements, as well as developing functional talent, ensuring

leadership development and succession plans are in place for key FP&A

positions (in line with established Group HR processes)

  • Strong partnering with global Head of P&T to provide functional expertise
(decision support, contracting, negotiation, and performance), identify

business opportunities and mitigate risks and have a consulting role

regarding formulation of P&T strategy

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the global P&T plan and
targets

  • Lead and/or participate in resource allocation process to deliver short
and long term objectives

  • Develop and deploy, in conjunction with Data & Analytics teams, analytical
tools to support in costing and helping global P&T stakeholders to build

the most cost effective process, including: (i) product and engineering

tribes, (ii) data, infrastructure and architecture, as well as (iii) EPTO

  • Provide detailed financial analysis & insights to challenge and drive
informed decisions

  • Steer and monitor local infrastructure migration to AWS, including budget
implications

  • Ensure financial discipline in global P&T decisions: building (or validating)
business cases for global OPEX and CAPEX investments, bringing a deep

understanding of the cost structure for optimization and streamlining

  • Responsible for orchestrating the Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
processes in the P&T organisation

  • Partner with Global / Corporate controlling, Global FP&A, IR & PA as well
as other central teams, such as sustainability or risk & compliance, to

notably ensure reporting speed and consistency

  • Plans, coordinates and manages the allocation of resources (e.g.
equipment, people) in the function to deliver timely results and mutualize

resources as appropriate to leverage scale, drive efficiency and build

expertise

  • Build a culture of accountability and financial acumen within global P&T,
bringing ROI mindset to link the central P&T spending and investments to

the business value

  • Act as a catalyst in embracing change and driving forward new initiatives
critical to delivering the transformation
