Job description

:

The role requires someone that can work closely with research scientists, technology experts, industrial companies, EU officers, and other stakeholders to ideate and execute complex technical projects with social and business impact.

Main responsibilities will include:

To identify
R&D opportunities to support product and process technology roadmaps across relevant funding programs
(e.g., Horizon Europe, EIT Culture and Creativity).

To
lead internal and external stakeholders into the preparation of logical and realistic project plans in line with the consortium ambitions and the call priorities.
To
proactively manage projects throughout their lifecycle ensuring a successful outcome, including coordination with internal stakeholders involved in the project (e.g., research scientists, technology experts, postaward administration, communication,..).
To
become a key point of contact with relevant EU DG and agencies, National Contact Points, etc.
To
build and maintain participation in relevant clusters and European associations, European Technology Platforms, and relevant forums for gaining knowledge of high growth potential research areas and influencing routes for future research programs.

Requirements

:

Studies and Knowledge

Business, Humanities, Social Science, Mathematics and Science and/or Technology and Engineering degree
Project management specialization (MSc, postgraduate studies, etc.)

Professional Experience and Background

:

Desirable 3 years of experience in European Programmes management.
Desirable 3 years of experience in drafting R&D European proposals
Participating in Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society platforms, associations, organizations, and projects.

Languages

Proficient communication skills, verbal and written in English.

You are expected to travel occasionally on this position, according to the needs of proposals and projects.
