Key Responsibilities:


  • Create and manage Purchase Orders for freelancers
  • Invoicing of Clients this can include
  • Uploading invoices onto Customer portals
  • Reconciliation of receivables to Customer Self-Billing
  • Generate reporting for business needs


The right incumbent for this role, therefore, is someone with attention to detail and is keen to understand how all these different processes impact each other.


Customer-service related tasks
Along the contract-life cycle there can be a number of interaction points with stakeholders:

  • Contact with Recruitment Consultants, local finance, payroll, and legal teams to coordinate timelines and data flows between Front, Back, and Middle Office
  • Attending to Client queries
A great opportunity for your career growth in a multicultural company|Spanish is not required, English and French is a must


Ideally prior experience of:

  • Working in a shared service center or administrative environment
  • Working in HR Services, Accounts Payable and/or Billing Customer Service
  • Collaborating effectively with international team/crossteam to deliver
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ensures facts are correct, complete and consistent
  • Excellent customerfocus & communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure & manage deadlines
  • Ideally at ease with Excel
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn
