What you'll do:


In this role you will deliver the following:

  • Be a thought leader on how we can deliver the best business value through the product development cycle and process.
  • Work with TPO's and architects on new designs, providing input into the best way to solve problems and ensure cross product alignment, integration and interworking.
  • Promote best practice within the UC & Unity development practice to ensure that teams are creating consistent, highquality features aligned to the product and technology roadmap.
  • Promote strategies for full automation for all of the customer journeys integrated at UC (& where possible PPE) levels to avoid one off unrepeatable development at product level.

What you bring:


  • Experience as UC architect or technical product manager with proven ability to define and explain benefits of design to stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in managing and improving business architecture and Operating model
  • Clear and effective communication at senior level and ability to achieve results working through others


  • Collaborative approach

  • Get it done together

Desirable technical / professional qualifications:


  • Architecture Guild Membership (e.g., AEA / Business Architecture Guild)
  • Business Analysis/Process Improvement/Agile certifications


  • TOGAF

  • Foundation Level
