What you will do:

Reporting to the CRM Manager
Analyzing incidents and providing solutions
Detecting errors and propose improvements to simplify and stabilize processes
Configuring and implementing new changes, ideas and solutions

What you bring & who you are:

You have a degree in software engineering, a salesforce certification is a plus
You own more than 2 years of experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce / Dynamics
You own experience working on Salesforce core platform functionalities such as Sales and Service Cloud
You are a resultorientated person with a great innovative mindset.
You speak fluent English
