This role will involve:


  • Assisting with the production of timely, accurate and reliable daily, weekly, and monthly reports setting out relevant information
  • Performing data analysis to determine incentives targets, call volume trends and developing longterm strategies
  • Compiling and mining data from a variety of business Call Centre sources
  • Consolidation of market results

  • Excellent Excel skills
  • English fluent
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to challenge constructively
  • Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Tableau experience
  • Planning, analysis and forecasting experience
  • Understanding of (or the ability to grasp) Workforce Management practices including Occupancy, CPC, Shrinkage, Productivity
