What success looks like in this role:

Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
Provides guidance to associates within the framework of established company policies.
Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s).

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience or equivalent experience required.
