Role Overview:

As the Marketing Strategy Manager at Chiliz, you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies targeting a Web3 and Crypto audience.

Your mission is to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to propel Chiliz's growth, ensuring our marketing initiatives resonate with our crypto-savvy audience and align with our brand ethos.

In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of sports and entertainment engagement through the lens of Web3 and cryptocurrency, driving Chiliz to new heights in a rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Marketing Strategists in crafting and implementing marketing plans tailored to Web3 and Crypto communities
Ensure that all initiatives are backed up by solid rationale and clear alignment with Chiliz's business objectives.
Dive deep into blockchain and cryptocurrency market research to identify trends, audience behaviors, and opportunities for Chiliz to lead and innovate.
Collaborate closely with Product, Partnerships, Rewards, and Communications teams to integrate Web3 and Crypto elements into our overarching marketing strategies.
Lead the creation and rollout of targeted marketing campaigns, utilizing a mix of digital channels to engage the cryptosavvy audience effectively.
Work alongside internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize the reach and impact of each campaign within the Web3 and Crypto ecosystems.
Utilize analytics to measure campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine and optimize future marketing efforts in realtime.
Oversee budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and maximization of ROI for all Web3 and Crypto marketing initiatives.
Mentor and guide your marketing team, nurturing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and focused excellence in all things Web3 and Crypto.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in crafting and executing successful marketing strategies, with a strong preference for expertise in the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus, especially with a focus on digital currencies or blockchain technology.
Exceptional analytical abilities, comfortable with data interpretation, A/B testing, and making decisions based on comprehensive metrics.
Proven project management skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and organizational priorities.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex Web3 concepts in a clear, persuasive manner.
Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and mobilize crossfunctional teams towards common goals and objectives.
A creative and innovative mindset, constantly seeking new ways to connect with a techoriented audience.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced and dynamic startup environment, with a strong willingness to embrace change and overcome challenges.
