    The role:
    The HR Transformation team at Alight is an integral part of the digital HR sales and implementation professionals. They are responsible for delivering a range of technology and outsourcing solutions.
    HR Transformation consultants play a vital role in establishing strong customer relationships based on the client's HR Transformation objectives. Beyond executing consultancy projects, they advise customers on maximizing the benefits of evolving HRIS technology.
    Customers are increasingly seeking to enhance their support for employees through efficient HR teams and digital HR technology. Alight's HR Transformation team is committed to guiding customers on their HR Transformation journeys, assisting them in selecting suitable digital HR technology solutions, and ensuring successful system implementation.
    The responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with customers to develop their HR transformation strategies and plans
    • Provide guidance on how HR information systems and cloud technology can drive HR Transformation
    • Assist customers in optimizing their workforce and capabilities
    • Engage customers through innovative workshops and events
    • Transform customer business processes for improved efficiency
    • Advise customers on AI, robotic process automation, and chatbots
    • Foster customer employee engagement through effective change management
    • Help customers leverage analytics and reporting for insights from HR technology
    • Develop strong customer relationships to drive business opportunities
    • Support sales teams in acquiring new business
    • Oversee global projects
    • Lead and mentor other consultants
    • Establish yourself as a thought leader through publications and industry engagements
    • Collaborate with customers and colleagues to innovate solutions to customer challenges
    • Ensure alignment with the broader organization
    The requirements:
    This position at Alight Human Resources offers a dynamic opportunity within a growing global organization with a strong emphasis on client relationships and diverse career paths.
    Key skills needed for this role include experience in a consultancy or professional services setting, a solid grasp of Spanish Payroll, familiarity with consultancy methods, and a deep understanding of HR's role in global success.
    Additionally, proficiency in a leading HR Cloud System, excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, ability to cultivate relationships with senior-level clients, and proficiency in MS Office tools are essential.

    Desirable Skills
    • Master's level qualification in Human Resources or Technology
    • Proficiency in project management and process tools like MS Project and MS Visio
    • Prior experience with SuccessFactors
    • Knowledge of Cloud technology and its integration with business systems
    • Experience in change management principles and methodologies
