  • The role will report to CFO with high level responsibilities as follows:
  • Financial business partner for Miravia's logistics function. You will be responsible for target settings, performance reviews, budget adherence and strategy review.
  • Identify business opportunities and work with the relevant stakeholders on business planning and deployment
  • Provide guidance to business counterparts on key drivers allowing the company to achieve financial results and steer business teams through the requirements of diverse Finance functions (e.g. Tax, Accounting and Treasury) to ensure process compliance
  • Support business teams on vendor negotiations by providing holistic insights into business positioning and cost structure
  • Provide insightful, timely and valueadded input on key financial topics relating to Logistics
  • Strengthen platform governance efforts to reduce risk of financial leakages and improve cost efficiency
  • Represent the finance team towards the senior management ensuring the position of Finance is understood and respected

Position Requirement

  • Bachelor / Postgrad degree in Finance, Business, Management or related fields
  • Minimum 58 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering
  • Experience in logistics department or logistic industry is a MUST, knowledge of European market logistic ecosystem and cost breakdown is high appreciated and ecommerce marketplace & seller operation experience as a plus
  • Independent with strong problemsolving skills: able to identify root causes, as well as being creative in finding solutions. You are able to proactively identify opportunities and risks. Willing to learn in a fastpaced environment and experience working in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Stakeholder management skills: able to stand firm on Finance's position and to influence senior stakeholders on key financial strategy
  • Strong analytics skills: Able to extract large amounts of data (via SQL), able to conduct insightful business analysis by well utilizing business data, and be able to identify clear action plans from the insights
