Your mission:


The technical alliance position requires a strong understanding of both technical and business concepts, as well as excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player who is willing to learn new technologies and innovate, and has strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to take on multiple responsibilities at once.


Responsibilities:


  • Building and maintaining relationships with partner organizations, including communication and coordination with technical teams.
  • Developing and implementing technical integrations between the company's products or services and those of partner organizations, including APIs, data sharing, or joint development efforts.
  • Conducting research and analysis to identify potential partners and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Participating in industry events and conferences to represent the company and identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Analyzing and reporting on the success of technical alliances, including metrics such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, and product adoption.
  • Interacting with the Tokyo team frequently to make sure activities and progress are shared and synchronizePromoting open source projects that we developed in relevant industry events and conferences.

Your profile:


Must-have Skills and Experience:


  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and systems, including APIs, cloud computing, data integration and some of other relevant technologies, such as AI, IoT, and image sensors.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with partners based on trust, transparency, and shared goals.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the success of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to think strategically about the longterm direction of partnerships and how they fit into the overall business strategy.
  • Deep understanding of business models, market trends, and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of open source development and its impact on overall business strategy.
  • Experience in dealing with Public-Private collaborations (like Horizon Europe or H2020 projects) and relations with public administrations, research centers and universities

Requirements:


Desired Skills and Experience:

We believe you will thrive in Midokura if you possess a mix of some of the following skills and experiences:

  • Professional experience in a technical alliance team
  • Solid understanding of IoT platforms, edge computing, image sensors and/or AI.
  • Professional experience as an engineering or product manager
  • Ability to read code in an entry/intermediate level
  • Basic understanding of networking and carrier technologies.
  • Experiencein open source projects or communities

You get extra points if you also have some of these experiences:
Experience with Agile methodologies

Awareness of IT security best practices

  • EU Working Permit

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (Full Professional Proficiency) (Catalanor Japanese are a plus)
