Our client is an industry leader in the paints and coatings sector and a significant producer of specialty materials.They are on the lookout for a seasoned
Regional Continuous Improvement Leader to propel transformation within their Paints division in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Steering regional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement within manufacturing sites.
- Providing active coaching to ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) regional and site leadership and CI teams to enhance operational performance and instill CI behaviors.
- Ensuring global and functional alignment on CI direction and targets.
- Leading the CI team within the region functionally.
- Assisting the global Center of Excellence team in developing the ALPS system (client's Performance System).
- Collaborating with the ISC Regional Leadership Team to formulate CI improvement plans.
- Managing CI Experts and Cluster CI roles within the region.
- Contributing to global initiatives and ensuring regional implementation aligns with global standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a degree in a Technical discipline.
- At least 78 years of expertise in a similar role.
- Background in manufacturing and supply chain management, with a preference for experience in planning or logistics.
- Certification as a CI Expert or CI Master (minimum Black Belt) is desirable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the endtoend value chain.
- Proven track record of deploying CI processes and facilitating cultural change.
- High level of proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel (2530%).
- Strong leadership, networking, resultoriented, and problemsolving skills.
- Must be a digital savant.
