The Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) is a cutting-edge institute addressing global public health challenges through research, translation into policy and education.
ISGlobal has a broad portfolio in communicable and non-communicable diseases including environmental and climate determinants, and applies a multidisciplinary scientific approach ranging from the molecular to the population level.
Research is organized in the following main areas, Malaria and other Infectious Diseases, Maternal, Child and reproductive Health, Urban Health and Child and environmental health, Climate & Non-Communicable Diseases.

What We Are Looking for: - ISGlobal is seeking a technician who is interested in taking over and managing activities of the project GOLIAT for the working package related to Health Impact Assessment
Training and experience /Qualifications:
- Degree in Nursing or Medicine
- Master in Public Health
- Experience on narrative, scoping or systematic reviews focused on risk factors for health outcomes, understanding of basic epidemiological analyses methods.
Specific Requirements:
- Immediate incorporation
Key Responsibilities:
- The technician will work together with others members of the HIA group to conduct a narrative review of the effects of radiofrequencies on population health, in collaboration with the partners of the GOLIAT Project.
- She/he will collect and systematize the available literatures and evidences, produce reports with graphs, tables, and write the draft of the resulting article.
Specific Duties:
- Literature and Data collection
- Analysis of the available evidences
- Interpretation of results
- Preparation of manuscripts
- Oral presentation
- Contribute to scientific discussion and participation in other activities in the HIA group

Conditions:
- Duration: 5 months fulltime (40h/week)
- Starting date: May 1, 2023
- Contract: Full time
Selection Process:
The selection process is designed in two phases:1- Interview phase of a technical nature, with the team that requires the incorporation.
- Meeting with HR with the finalist(s) to finish assessing the profile and discuss contractual and institutional issues.
