With 50 years' experience, it owns and operates more than 60 parks across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia.


We are currently looking for a:
Revenue Management Systems & Optimization analyst


Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Creation of dashboards and reports in Excel/Power BI.
  • Adhoc analysis of specific situations derived from business management
  • Daily pickup analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
  • Weekly Forecast for all the parks where Forecast is available.
  • Demand patterns in relation to price, how the pick ups are distributed
  • Post mortem analysis of the promotions launched
  • NPS relationship analysis internal consumption
  • Analysis of the relation between visitors and internal consumption
  • Calculation of impacts
  • Compile key performance indicators and provide variance analysis for park results, including strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects.
  • Assist in implementing new pricing processes with internal clients and outside consultants to drive top line revenue.
  • Leverage data visualization techniques and communication skills to present complex analytical findings in clear business terms that facilitate acceptance and execution by business partners and senior executives.
  • Develop price sensitivity models and reporting tools that enable the company to quickly identify and respond to changing market conditions and customer behavior trends.
  • Recommend system and reporting enhancements to improve operational efficiency and revenues.
  • Responsible for best practice standards: competitor analysis; market modelling; pricing control and new pricing concepts.
  • Lead and/or contribute to internal pricing department and/or crossfunctional projects that may include process improvement, technology development, marketing communications, etc.
  • PM responsibilities managing Projects that involve or are generated from Revenue Management
(As examples:

Data Entry, Galaxy).


Requirements:


He/ She will be analytical, and fact based with a deep knowledge and understanding of the latest tools, technology, and best practices in pricing and profitability management.

Position may require travel to individual parks and to competition of those parks.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency and project/time management skills. Also an ability to develop and deliver effective presentations.


Education:

- _ Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Data Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field._
- _ Revenue Management course or similar_


Languages:
- _ Fluent English and Spanish_


Skills:

- _ Experience with data analysis._
- _ Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI_
- _ SQL knowledge desirable_
- _ Proficient at statistical and competitive analysis_
- _ Excellent oral and written communication skills_
- _ Interest in Data Science._
- _ Python knowledge desirable._


Experience:

- _ 2-4 years of revenue management experience_
- _ Previous _Hospitality/Transportation_ Revenue Management experience preferred_
