To investigate the exchange rates of the competition

Calling the competition.

Asking agents who work with the competition or our own agencies.

Asking the day rates in the system according to: the agent ́s "level", the country, the correspondent


To attend the customers in the assigned area by phone, trying to solve their doubts and/or problems in a daily basis, inform them about the comissions and charges to the customers, give to the agents the recommendation to obtain more benefits from their bussines.


To monitor the evolution of the agents: keeping regular contact with them when their activity is diminishing or when we have information about the activity of RIA agent with the competition.

To asses the satisfaction of the agent with the company service.

Regular visits to the agent into their establishments.


Qualifications:

High managment of the informatic tool (particulary Excel)

Excelent understanding of the managment of the exchange rates and the effects over the activity that these changes can have.


High valuable:
knowelege about "Revenue/Yield management": "The challenge is to sell the right resources to the right customer at the right time for the right price"
