MISSION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create the vision and EV charging product roadmap.
  • Translate customer experiences into product requirements, perform supporting research and analysis, and drive the product development together with R&D Engineering Manager.
  • Develop key product communication strategies for the product line (release notes, product demonstrations, and improvement reports) together with MarCom Manager.
  • Create sales forecast and sales plan for
  • Meet sales targets

MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Participate in the elaboration of the sales strategy and the product roadmap for the target markets (EV charging now and further power conversion markets in the near future).
  • Ensure the sales prospecting and the expansion of the customer portfolio.
  • Steering strategic customer alliances, schedule regular meetings/visits with customers, drawing up offers and handling commercial negotiations.
  • Develop customer relations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical, telecommunications engineering or Business Administration, EMBA/MBA.
  • Mínimum of 57 years experience in a similar role.
  • Highly valued: experienced at Power electronics, EV mobility, EV Charging, Sales Management.
  • Advanced english level.

KNOWLEDGES

  • EV market, EV Charging market, other power conversion systems market: PV Inverters, H2 Fuel Cells, Battery Chargers, Sales & Marketing principals, Business Management basics.
