About our project
Innovamat is an educational project that revolutionizes the learning of Mathematics. We transform the classroom to excite, motivate and stimulate boys and girls, promoting meaningful learning.

To achieve this, we offer schools quality resources, manipulative material, teacher training, a self-adaptive and self-correcting gamified platform and personalized advice.

In other words, we work to make Math accessible and exciting, providing our students with the tools they need to confront the world around us with a critical mind.

Innovamat's community
We are a network of more than 250 people who are passionate about teaching, Mathematics and technology.

All this combined has caused us to reach more than 1,200 schools, which is more than 210,000 students and 12,000 teachers.

We started in Catalonia, but we have managed to reach schools throughout the state territory, Latin America, Italy and the United States.

Your mission at Innovamat

You will be part of our Operations team, and you will play a key role in helping improve post-sale operations, serving as a bridge between Revenue teams and Finance & Supply Chain teams.

Day-to-day life at Innovamat

Collaborating on a daily basis with Finance, Supply Chain and Revenue Operations (RevOps) teams.
Ensuring data quality: Implementing regular data governance and hygiene/quality processes to our ERP (Netsuite). Proactively monitoring and maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency.
Performing daily maintenance and improvement of processes and systems. Ensuring all related systems are configured correctly and working to full capacity.
Monitoring and reporting on process effectiveness and ensuring processes are supporting our business objectives.
Supporting the Supply Chain team by providing data and forecasts related to the production of material.
Designing and implementing new nocode tools from scratch in order to solve any business demand within the Supply Chain/Operations Area.
Propose and coordinate changes for ERP software improvement.

Who are you

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or in similar roles.
Passionate about our proposal, quick learner and an eager beaver willing to be in a challenging environment.
Out of the box thinker and high level of selfinitiative (selfmotivated team player)
Knowledge of spreadsheets or willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask and to engage internal and external stakeholders through great communication skills.
You will be successful in this role if you are naturally curious and have the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally, navigate through ambiguity and are datadriven, organized and detailoriented.
