As they pivot towards becoming a leading player in the tech-driven customer service landscape, they're seeking an
ambitious and tech-savvy Customer Operations Manager **to help spearhead this transformative journey.

You'll work directly with our founding team, clients, and various stakeholders, making a meaningful impact on our business from day one.

You'll also be a part of their exciting transformation journey, directly influencing how they shape their services to redefine the customer service industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage a large team of customer service representatives and ensure they provide toptier service to our clients, both through traditional channels and AIenabled tools.
Oversee the implementation, adoption, and operation of customer service tech tools for multiple clients.
Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, troubleshoot problems, and consistently improve the customer experience.
Identify, track, and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
Participate in hiring, training, and development of customer service teams to maintain the highest service quality.
3+ years of experience in a techfocused customer service or operations role
Experience in managing teams (directly or indirectly)
Proficiency in customer service software, databases, and CRM tools.
Knowledge of AI or automation tools in customer service is an advantage.
Exceptional problemsolving skills and ability to implement solutions quickly.
Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
