Project / Program Manager Operations Excellence (M/F/d):

YOUR TASKS:

Lead operational improvement projects from order to acceptance in compliance with costs, quality and time in Global Service.
Setting up and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in Division Europe & International.
Identifying and driving process improvements.
Developing project scope, objectives and KPIs, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Leading international project teams with members & stakeholders from different functions and locations.
Implementing project planning, monitoring and controlling
Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
Ensuring sustainability of implementation.
Promoting change and efficiency through the organization.

YOUR PROFILE:

University degree in an Engineering, Science or Management.
Several years of professional experience working as a Project / Program Manager (preferably in Service), leading projects from definition to rollout implementing process improvements throughout the organization and working in matrix organizations.
Experienced user of Project Management tools and techniques.
Fluent English & Spanish (speaking & writing). Negotiation level.
German knowledge is a plus.
Computer literate, able to use MS365 and inhouse database & software.
Ability to seamlessly work across internal departments and countries as well as different hierarchy levels (incl. senior management).
Flexible and stress resistant with strong influencing ability.
Strong decision making, planning, and prioritizing skills.
Systematic working approach and problemsolving behavior and good team player, customer focused and endtoendthinking.
Possibility to do limited business trips (few days per year).
