Project / Program Manager Operations Excellence (M/F/d):

YOUR TASKS:


  • Lead operational improvement projects from order to acceptance in compliance with costs, quality and time in Global Service.
  • Setting up and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in Division Europe & International.
  • Identifying and driving process improvements.
  • Developing project scope, objectives and KPIs, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Leading international project teams with members & stakeholders from different functions and locations.
  • Implementing project planning, monitoring and controlling
  • Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
  • Ensuring sustainability of implementation.
  • Promoting change and efficiency through the organization.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • University degree in an Engineering, Science or Management.
  • Several years of professional experience working as a Project / Program Manager (preferably in Service), leading projects from definition to rollout implementing process improvements throughout the organization and working in matrix organizations.
  • Experienced user of Project Management tools and techniques.
  • Fluent English & Spanish (speaking & writing). Negotiation level.
  • German knowledge is a plus.
  • Computer literate, able to use MS365 and inhouse database & software.
  • Ability to seamlessly work across internal departments and countries as well as different hierarchy levels (incl. senior management).
  • Flexible and stress resistant with strong influencing ability.
  • Strong decision making, planning, and prioritizing skills.
  • Systematic working approach and problemsolving behavior and good team player, customer focused and endtoendthinking.
  • Possibility to do limited business trips (few days per year).
