Job description:
Being accountable for the P&L of the Business Unit, you oversee designing and implementing the growth strategy of the BU.
Your functions will be as follows:
Marketing: 10% of your time (approximately)
- You build and administer the Madrid customer database (CRM)
- You analyze and define action plans and marketing campaigns on a targeted customer portfolio.
- You explore and analyze market trends and identify new opportunities in the assigned region.
Sales: 60% of your time (approximately)
- You organize your own agenda and arrange appointments with new clients. You also count with the support of a SDR.
- You identify and analyze the needs for these prospects.
- You develop customized and tailormade commercial proposals to answer to these needs: Executive Search, RPO, Mapping, Sourcings, Assessments, Talent Acquisition Advisory.
- You lead the negotiation of the proposals and the terms and conditions.
- You participate in crossborder bidding and SLAs, being in touch with your international peers
Account Management: 25% of your time (approximately)
- Supported by a team of consultants and sourcers, you are accountable for the quality of the delivery.
- You developed the contracts, and supported by a Team Support assistant, you closely monitored invoicing and the credit collection.
- You take the briefings, present the results and monitor the closings.
- You ensure correct understanding of the client needs by taking extensive and indepth briefing with the different client ́s stakeholders.
- You coordinate the correct development of the assignments and projects by coordinating a team of consultants.
- You guarantee the highest standard of quality of the service delivered.
- You always ensure that the customer relationship is being well managed (sales, invoicing, service delivery and cash collection).
- You monitor the generation of new business with those existing accounts.
Product Development & Strategy: 5% of your time (approximately)
- You are actively participating in the Product design and portfolio: Executive Search, RPO, Talent Management etc.
