As a skilled Change Manager specializing in steering organizational transitions, you will play a vital role in guiding and facilitating successful changes within our company, especially in the context of acquisitions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of change: organizational design, processes, and technology/tools.
  • Collaborate with senior management and project teams to implement changes aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Assess change impacts, develop strategies, and support employees through transitions.

Be a pivotal figure in ensuring the effective adoption and long-term success of organizational changes.


Your Mission:


To accomplish change management goals, the change agent takes on key responsibilities once an initiative is set in motion by the leadership team. This involves contributing to strategy development, action planning, and decision-making processes.


In this role, you will engage with various functions within SITA FOR AIRCRAFT, including Engineering & Technology, Product, and colleagues across 20+ countries around the globe.

Reporting to SITA FOR AIRCRAFT General Counsel, the Change Agent leads essential activities for each change initiative:


Responsibilities:

  • Develop Change Management Strategies:
    • Work with senior leadership to identify organizational goals and barriers.
    • Create comprehensive change management strategies and gain approval for the plan.
  • Assess Change Impact:
    • Conduct impact assessments to anticipate stakeholder implications.
    • Identify and overcome potential risks and resistance to change.
  • Communicate and Engage:
    • Craft effective communication materials to convey change messages.
    • Foster open dialogue and engagement within the organization.
  • Lead Change Initiatives:
    • Drive change across the organization with clear communication.
    • Implement change management plans and provide support to teams.
    • Ensure successful implementation of new processes and structures.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Change:
    • Establish metrics to measure change effectiveness.
    • Monitor implementation, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
    • Learn from experiences for future decision-making.
