The
Technology Product Owner manages the technology product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle for various globally deployed fixed connectivity products/platforms and the associated product development teams.


Key accountabilities:


  • Manage the interface between the Fixed Connectivity Product Development and the Vodafone Business Product Manager(s).
  • Manage the product/solution backlog for the technology product.
  • Undertake inlife technology management (including service and systems)
  • Ensure that new technology/vendor selection decisions meet the product requirements including features, unit costs, service models, CX, SLAs, roadmaps
  • Engage with Vendors to understand their roadmaps and lifecycle plans to inform the Technology Product Roadmap and backlog

What you bring:


  • Understanding of Fixed Connectivity Products/Technologies e.g., SD-WAN, SD-LAN
  • Ethernet, Internet, IP-VPN, Cloud Connectivity to assess requirements/viability
  • Working understanding of how products and services are sold, built, and run by Managed Service Providers
  • Customer centric focus ideally with experience defining capabilities and features through customer cocreation
  • Working knowledge of data privacy and security by default and by design principles and alignment to Information Security frameworks
