What will be your challenge?
To have an indepth knowledge of the characteristics of the brand's products.
Advise and sell the products
Followup and fulfilment of the sales and image objectives set by the head office.
Increasing brand loyalty and brand awareness among consumers.
Maintaining the image of the brand according to the guidelines established by the Marketing Department (shelves, merchandising, POS) as well as their own personal image.
Maintaining a good relationship with the Centre's management.
Monitoring of the competition (special actions, launches, etc.)
Updating the consumer file. In centres with computers, entering customer data, maintaining and managing the database.
Control of the stock of your stand to achieve an optimal rotation and the realization of fortnightly product orders.
Selection of staff for promotions and substitutions

PROFILE

You will rock in this role if you have
Education: EGB, Bachillerato, FP.
Tools to be handled: Office,Notes
Languages: English or French.
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales. Desirable experience in the luxury, perfumery and cosmetics sector.
