Head of Game Operations, Shared Tech Product
We are looking for an experienced Head of Game Operations, Shared Tech Product for our Technology

organization to help us to provide a best in
- class game platform for some of the most

popular mobile games in the world such as Candy Crush Saga.

Our game platform consists of an exhaustive portfolio of products and services that

helps game teams to build, run and operate efficiently and effectively our games.

As a Head of Game Operations you will strategically oversee all of the products in our

Game Operations portfolio in Shared Tech and ensure alignment with the organization's

overall strategy.

We expect you to tell a broader solution story to our studios that explains not only what

each product offers, but also the combined value proposition of the entire platform. Also,

you will be responsible for defining and monitoring relevant KPIs and control of the

measures to achieve the objectives for the Shared Tech Game Operations domain.

Asa member of the Tech Product Team, you will play an important role in ensuring that

our teams are providing the right products which meet the needs of the game teams.


Your Role Within Our Kingdom

  • Continuous collaboration with other product leads to ensure product evolution, product
enhancements, the introduction of new product features and functions and the retirement of

certain products to ensure platform relevance and competitiveness.

  • Partner with the Head of Engineering on the Game Ops domain, and work towards an
effective Engineering - Product collaboration.

  • Ensure consistency among products and deliverables across an entire portfolio and prioritize
resources for each area according to its contribution.

  • Conduct continuous research to grow your market knowledge and develop market insights as
well as formulate the global product strategies for product offerings in the portfolio.

  • Prioritize at the portfolio level, ensuring we are focusing on the most important opportunities
  • Working side by side with the Head of Product and Head of Engineering to formulate,
validate and update the platform strategy towards the platform vision

  • Own business cases for future adjustments in product portfolio strategy execution
  • Defining, tracking and acting on portfolio performance metrics
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align initiatives across the organization

  • At least 10 to 15 years experience working as a product leader or a similar role
  • Experience working with platforms and driving them as products
  • Experience in a leadership role responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans
  • Proven expert in managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization, but
specifically at senior management level

  • Ability to demonstrate high level of political and business awareness; acutely aware of
organizational sensitivities

  • Detail
- oriented with the ability to prioritize based on high
- level goals and objectives

  • Experience implementing new processes and best practices
  • Adaptability and flexibility to operate in a fast
- paced and highly evolutionary environment


Bonus points:

  • MSc or MBA or equivalent education
  • Experience in gaming companies
