This person will be acting as a second level of support for our Customer Care team and for other departments, when it comes to any kind of help we are able to provide related to our digital products across Europe.


  • He/she will be also providing support to our Privacy team and will be responsible for the Data Subject Right Requests that our customers requests at a a global level.

Within the tasks of this role:

  • Make sure research processes are maintained (and improved, where possible).
  • Keep evidence of all actions taken.
  • Track results.
  • Liaise with Accounting on the reconciliation processes.
  • Provide a good customer experience for those ones requesting any kind ofData Subject Request.
  • High knowledge of Excel.
  • Advanced level of French.
  • English as a third language will be a plus.
  • At least three years of work experience in customer service or an administrative position.
