What you ́ll do:

Operational and business management of the Brokerage department in Spain reporting to Iberia Freight Manager
Leading a team of 810 people
Developing our brokerage business in Spain
Supporting our sales force (including customer visits)
Continuous followup on customs regulation and processes.
Optimizing existing and new internal processes.
Compliance with local regulation (Custom Broker License required)
Communicate and liaise with key stakeholders including local and foreign customers, Customs Authorities, and relevant people and functions within the organization.

What you ́ll need:

Custom Broker License (Título de Representante Aduanero)
Extensive knowledge about AEO requirements and processes (OEA).
Extensive knowledge and experience in Brokerage regulation, process and procedures
Leadership and collaboration skills, resilient teamplayer.
Ability to make decisions, multitask, and work under pressure.
Goaloriented, with ability to work under mínimal supervision.
Quality and efficiency driven, proactive, dynamic and wellorganized.
Customer centric attitude
Fluent in Spanish
English (written communication required; spoken communication recommended)
Microsoft systems and tools
